True Bride Experience ……A Brides Eye View

So where to begin, I saw a competition on Facebook for winning a voucher/discount for my dream dress and thought why not.. I never win anything…I won! I was so surprised but thought what have I got to lose.

I’d only tried on dresses once before and hated the experience because I don’t like dresses (I don’t feel comfortable or confident in them) anyway I contacted cherish boutique and arranged an appointment to go and try on.

From the moment I walked up the stairs with my mum and sister, Jane and Emma made my experience friendly and welcoming.

They made me feel comfortable with trying dresses on and nothing was ever too much trouble for them whether I wanted to try the dress on three more times, they didn’t rush me into making a decision either. They helped me chose the dress that suited my body figure.

Once I’d finally said yes to the dress!! Eek. Jane and Emma helped me arrange fittings with the seamstress. I was one very stressed bride and very nervous that things weren’t going to fall into place (I only had 5-6 months from finding a dress to getting married) but no matter how stress or upset I got the lovely ladies at cherish we’re there to reassure me that everything was ok.

Finally the time had come for me to collect my dress (I got married abroad) I wanted my family members to see my dress so arranged with Jane and Emma for them to come with me to collect – there was no hesitation from them they welcomed my whole family in and made them feel very welcome whilst I showed my dress off to all 9 of my family members!

The day I got married I felt incredible in my dress – I’m very plain and not a girly girl my dress was plain with a little detail but the dress was perfect and very me! I honestly can not thank the ladies at cherish enough for all the time and effort they put into making my experience of finding my beautiful dress stress-free and comfortable!
